Craig Laaman is Vice President and has been involved with the company since 2008. Craig’s expertise is helping clients with finances, strategic decisions, operations, technology, and management. Together, Craig and Laura have personally helped over 200 pet care facilities throughout North America.
Jake Romero is a partner and leader of OPC’s Labor Reduction Service team. Jake was an Intel analyst as well as an extraordinarily successful pet care business owner. His facility sold for record multipliers. He achieved this success by first committing to and insisting on quality care, then studying proven processes to look for efficiencies.
Client Coaches work with the owners, principals, or general managers in the company. The client coach ‘stays ahead’ of each client providing customized strategies to move the client to the next level. Our client coaches oversee the work of the other team members who support our clients.
10-Star Coaches are proven coaches dedicated to working with our clients’ Reservation Specialists to improve their skills. They coach, monitor, and maintain the skills of their assigned Reservation Specialists. If a client needs to add or replace a Reservation Specialist, we provide all the tools necessary to hire a strong candidate. Once hired, we provide the necessary proven coaching and monitoring.
